3 Inter-personal skills Millionaires use daily.
                                                     Thought by Dale Carnegie.

Throughout his life, Dale Carnegie managed to create, educate and develop multiple careers and personalities of success by giving them wonderful crafted methods and insights on how to be a better human being and how  that can affect your business and private life. Since 1936, release-year of his book, he sold more than 25 million copies and created a network with more than 9 million students worldwide. In this small article, we’ll talk about 3 vital inter-personal skills on which he lays more attention on and that can play an essential role on your life.

  1. Be honest and give sincere appreciation. Admiration is one of the most powerful tools in the world. People aren’t able to work at their maximum potential under attack or criticism, but being sincere and showing appreciation brings out their best. Appreciation, though, is not simply throwing random goodness, it must be sincere, meaningful and with love.

  1. Create in the other person an eager want. To achieve what we desire from another person, we must cancel our own perspective and begin to see things from their perspective. When we can combine our needs with  their desires, they become eager to work with us and we can mutually achieve our objectives. We’re co-creating.

  1. Don’t attack, criticize, or complain. Humans naturally don’t like to admit that they’re wrong. When people are attacked or humiliated, they barely answer in a positive way and will probably have a defensive and protective way of dealing with you and their own opinion, closing themselves. To handle with humans successfully, we must never attack, criticize or complain because it will never get us to the position we desire, the deal-break. It’s not that you can’t be assertive, you can, but in a positive way.
