Body Language

Body language is a very important part of communication, it can constitute more than 50% of what we are communicating. If you intend to communicate better than others you need to understand how you can and cannot use your body to say whatever you want.

Body language it´s the most important way of communication or if not it´s one the most important ones. For example, if you are in a job interview, if you only stay speaking and not moving you are not transmitting that you are confident and relaxed, and that, for a job interview is the most important thing to be, it´s more certain that the person that is interviewing will be more afraid of hiring you.

If you look at the picture below the title you can see a woman in the right corner that looks happy and anxious but the most important is that she looks prepared for her interview. If you look to the left corner you can see that the woman looks bored and tired, that makes a poor image of her and probably she would not take the job application because she looks that is not interested in it.

For example, here is a link to a video that explains how to use body language in an interview:

This is the most common facial expression of Trump, it combines a pronounced jaw, staring eyes and mouth clamp.
This expression is a popular pose among alpha animals especially when they sit away from lower ranking members of their group.
