Hey Guys!!

 To all of those out there reading this, through this blog post I’m going to talk a little bit about conflict management and in order to avoid conflicts I’ll give out five super basic tips that are indispensable! Which will surely help you in future situations!  Conflict is when two or more people discord with something and argue with each other. Differently, conflict management is the way people manage to identify and solve the conflict in a sensible and efficient way. On the business world conflicts become a part of a daily basis and it is something that even though it can be considered normal on the other hand it can become devastating to some. Therefore, it is extremely important for those who work in the business world to know how to solve them. Below you will see the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument which is a framework that helps to handle conflict the easiest way
 




 

A couple of times into a conflict people start to gain certain qualities and improve in the way they handle it. These may include the way they make sure everyone is respected and heard when discussing something. People need to make sure that the final decision is beneficial for everyone involved. As said previously conflict is a good thing, without it, nobody would listen to anyone and as a consequence nobody would learn from their mistakes which would leave them to think that everything is perfect. Conflict management helps people overcome their personal issues and learn a variety of new and different things.
