The Perks of Coaching by Isabel Bernardo

                                               The Perks of Coaching

Coaching is the act of giving the ability or instructing someone to achieve something.
Everyone needs some sort of coach whether it’s an athlete, an actor, a single or a performer. It can be applicable to so many areas in someone’s life like parenting, healthy-living, losing weight, working and many more.
Coaching is needed in order to fight and understand what is holding them back. Things like bad habits, lack of exercise, lack of discipline, deplorable diet, fears of failing, depression and anxiety are some of very common factors that affect many people from succeeding or achieving somet important life goal.

Life coaching is becoming a mainstream profession offering up skills that many seek to acquire. It could have many positive benefits. It is why Inner Coaching was created.
Inner Coaching is the ability to turn that critical voice inside your head to a positive one. It causes stress, ruins your self-esteem, makes you feel unworthy of things, and gives you a negative feeling in general. It is the reason why many people fail to achieve their goals, hopes and dreams.

Coaches all around the world came up with ways cope, manage and to be at peace with those gruesome emotions, like:
1             .     Chart your weakness by beginning to face what puts you there like your fears, doubts and worries. Other common tactics include guilt trips, name calling, not caring, hostility, manipulating and lying.
2            .     Separate Fact from Fiction by simply looking at any struggle, conflict or intense emotional experience. Facts are objective and Fictions are based on interpretations.
3            .     Stop Listening to the Noise Self Coaching will teach you that healthy thinking is a choice. You can’t stop an insecure thought from popping up in your mind but you can learn how to interpret it and not feed it with another negative thought.
4            .     Let Go Letting go is very hard and can be very difficult to do so but in order to improve into something better, you need to move on from it. Eliminating that struggle from your life is a powerful practice that does wonders.
5           .     Motivate yourself Life events like losing a job, death of a loved one or a break-up can leave you feeling like a failure and feeling like you’re losing everything ad eventually give up. Motivation and momentum are two vital components to follow through on your path to better yourself and achieve something great. You need to maintain a positive attitude and sufficient energy. The key is to safely beging building your trust and confidence with “small wins” so that you feel more competent and confident about stepping out of your comfort zone and taking larger trials.

There are many more ways but these are just a few that are commonly used. Inner Coach exercises are also very effective. For example, if somethings bothering you or you're trying to solve a problem you can come up with questions like, “What could I do to increase my business this year” or “Will I be happier and more confident if I lose 5 pounds?” and so on. I’m pretty sure that in the future, many more of us will face challenges or try to find ways of coping with something. Life Coaching can and will help you examine domains of life and help you pursue your goals and dreams that you will find yourself struggling with.
